The office staff is pleasant. The doctor is nice but the wait time is horrible. My first visit was over two hours. My second visit was today. When I arrived I was told she is behind and it would be an hour and half wait. I get pulled back at 5pm and told it’s still five people in front of me. I left and did not reschedule. I will be seeking treatment somewhere else.

We were able to get my Mom in for an appt promptly. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Bell was very thorough and patiently listened to my mom and I and answered our questions. We did not feel like our visit was rushed. There were follow up calls from Dr. Bell and his assistant, Mary. Mary was very patient while fitting Mom for a brace. They are supporting us in securing an occupational therapist. Mom feels like she is getting good care.
